The frame of the unit is made of high quality steel. The cables that attach the paddles to the unit are composed of highly tested material that sustains heavy usage. The 4 kg / 9 lbs cast iron wheel gives the necessary velocity needed to simulate the movement of the paddles in water. The nylon adjustable belt allows a good resistance.
